Preventive care is so important that these services are covered once a year at no additional cost to you. That means you will not be charged a co-pay or co-insurance. This is true even if you haven’t met your deductible for the year.

  • Birth control
  • Blood pressure screening
  • Breast cancer screening (mammogram)
  • Cholesterol screening
  • Colorectal cancer screening
  • Depression screening
  • Diabetes screening
  • Drug, alcohol, and tobacco misuse counseling
  • Flu shots
  • HIV and STD screening and counseling
  • Routine vaccinations
